Pere Marquette
The Pere Marquette Railway started in November, 1899 with the formation of three other Michigan railroads. This railroads was a primary operation within the State of Michigan. In 1947 is was merged into the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad. Today the remaining lines in service are part of the CSX railroad.
