A guide marker on EB U.S. Rt. 6 in Moline, near the Quad-Cities Airport. The error is the fact that it should have the "TO" banner over the U.S. Rt. 150 shield and a "EAST" banner over the U.S. Rt. 6 shield, being it is on EB U.S. Rt. 6. (July, 2004)

This sign is left over from when I-39 ended at the interchange of U.S. Rt. 20/51 on the southside of Rockford. It is currently located on SB I-39/U.S. Rt. 51 at their split from EB I-90. (April, 2007)
