Illinois State Route 13 is a east-west highway through much of Illinois. In Perry County, it runs mostly north-south. From the Randolph/Perry County Line to Pinckneyville, it runs along the Canadian Northern railway. At Pinckneyville, it head dues south to Murphysboro.
