Indiana State Route 62 runs east-west across Northern Spencer County. It runs though Spencer County in two sections. The first, and longest portion, runs from the Perry/Spencer County Line, near St. Meinard, to the Spencer/Warrick County Line, near Tennyson. Northwest of Lincoln City it briefly passes into Warrick County. North of Gentryville, IN St Rt 62 returns into Spencer County, passing through Gentryville, and returns to Warrick County at the Little Pigeon Creek.
