The Julian M. Carroll Purchase Parkway runs north and south in the western end of Kentucky. Starting at Interstate 24 south of Calvert City, and runing south to the Tennessee State Line at Fulton, KY.

Like a interstate the parkways' exits are numbered. The only markeed highway number the JMC has is near Mayfield. It carries the BY-PASS U.S. Rt. 45 shield.

The 2002 Kentucky State Road Map shows that plans are in the works for the JMC Parkway to become I-69. The map labels it as "Corridor I-69". The JMC Parkway crosses the following interstate.
