Historical U.S. Federal Route 66 from the big interchange of Interstate 44/270, U.S. Rt. 50, and MO St Rt 366, U.S. Rt. 66 follows I-44 west. At exit 266 there is a park near the once town of Times Beach.

Times Beach
At the former resort community of Times Beach, the State of Missouri has turned the 409 acre site into a park. This has plenty of kicking and biking trails. Plus, it has areas for picnics. The visiors center is in the old Bridgehead Inn. This is a 1935 roadhouse. The Meramec River cuts through the park, and the old bridge across the river still stands.

Pacific

Near Pacific, Historical U.S. Rt. 66 leaves I-44/U.S. Rt. 50 and runs along BUSN Loop I-44.
