Interstate 590 is the southeastern leg of the outer-loop around Metro-Rochester. It runs between Interstate 390 to Interstate 490/New York State Route 590. This interstate runs about 5 miles. Like Interstate 990, I-590 does not connect to it's parent interstate highway, I-90.
