Pennsylvania State Route 54 is a north -south highway in Southeastern Northumberland County, and an east-west highway across Northern Northumberland County. The southern section runs from the Columbia/Northumberland County Line, near Locustdale, to the Montour/Northumberland County Line, at Riverside. The northern sections runs from the Montour/Northumberland County Line, near Schuyler, to the Lycoming/Northumberland County Line, near Montgomery.
