U.S. Federal Route 15 runs north-south in Eastern Perry County. This runs in two sections. The southern sections is in the southeastern portion of Perry County and runs from the Cumberland/Perry County Line, near Marysville, and runs north to the Perry/Dauphin County Line, near Duncannon. At the interchange with U.S. Rt. 22/322 in Dauphin County, U.S. Rt. 15 reenters Perry County and runs north to the Perry/Juniata County Line, near Oriental.
