Tennessee State Route 116 is a north-south-east-west highway in Campbell County. It runs in two north-south sections in Southeastern Campbell County. The western east-west section runs between Anderson County on both ends, near Clinchmore. This section has not major junctions, does not multi-plexed with any other highways, or pass through any towns. It is a very short distance along the New River, near the conflence of the Ligias River.. The eastern section runs between U.S. Rt. 25W; TN St Rt 9/63, at Caryville, and the Anderson/Campbell County Line, near Rocky Top.
