Wisconsin State Route 13 runs in two different sections within Wood County. The northern section runs east-west from the Wood/Marathon County Line, at Marshfield, to the Wood/Portage County Line, near Milladore. The southern section runs north-south from the Wood/Portage County Line, near Rudolph, to the Wood/Adams County Line, near Lake Sherwood.
