West of Downtown Minooka, to the southeast of the intersection of Minooka Road, and Ridge Road is the junction. There is no direct conneciton between the two lines. The CSX, former Rock Island Railroad, runs east-west at ground level. While the Canadian National, former Elgin, Joliet, & Eastern, runs above street level.
