On the northwest side of Thomaston. This was originally a connection between the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad and the Nickle Plate Railroad. The former Nickle Plate line, which runs east-west,
is not the Norfolk Southern line. While the former Chesapeake & Ohio line,
that runs north-south, is now the short line, Chesapeake & Indiana.
