The City of Collinsville is self proclaimed the Horseradish Capital of the World. They say that 85% of the world's horseradish is produced in Collinsville and most is exported to China, and Germany. Collinsville is home to many attractions, including the World's Largest Catsup Bottle. It is located along Illinois 159, at the former Brooks Catsup plant. The largest prehistorica earthwork site in the Americas is located with in the city limits of Collinsville. Monks Mound is part of the Cahokia Mounds State Historical Site. From the top of the mound you can get a clear view of Downtown St. Louis. Collinsville sits in both Madison and St. Clair County.
