Will County Highway 4 runs in three locations. The first is on Elevator Road from U.S. Rt. 52 to U.S. Rt. 52, near Wilton Center. Section two is from U.S. Rt. 52 to Spencer Road, near Manhattan, on Cedar Road. The last section is also on Cedar Road from Francis Road (will County Highway 64) to Illinois State Route 7.
