Will County Highway 44 is a east-west highway in Southern Will County. This runs from Interstate 55 to Illinois State Route 53. It provides Wilmington with a second interstate interchange. Plus, gives direct access to the Des Plaines River Conservation Area, and the part of Wilmington that is east of the Kankakee River. WCH 44 is about 3.7 miles long.
