U.S. Federal Route 61 is a north-south highway in Clark County. This is the northern most county in Missouri that it passes through. From the Clark/Lewis County Line, near Saint Patrick, to Missouri State Route 27, south of Wayland, it is a four-lane highway. From Missouri State Route 27 to the Iowa/Missouri State Line it is a two lane highway.
