Missouri State Route 27 is a small north-south highway in Eastern Clark County. It runs from U.S. Rt. 61, south of Wayland, to Iowa State Route 27, at the Iowa/Missouri State Line, near Saint Francisville. This is the northern most leg of the Avenue of the Saints in the State of Missouri.
