South Carolina State Route 28 is a north-south highway in Western South Carolina. It runs in two sections in within the state. Both sections have a passage through the State of Georgia In between them. The northwestern section runs from the Georgia/South Carolina State Line, near Pine Mountain, Georgia, to the Georgia/South Carolina State Line, near Clarks Hill. While the southeastern section runs from the Georgia/South Carolina State Line, near Beech Island, to U.S. Rt. 278/South Carolina State Route 125, at Beech Island.
