Dubuque County

U.S. 20 enters Iowa at Dubuque via the Julien Dubuque Bridge. At the foot of the bridge is access to the riverfront and Downtown Dubuque. Modern U.S. 20 continues west on an expressway across Dubuque. Historic U.S. 20 leaves and reenters the modern road several times with in Dubuque County.

Dyersville, is in western Dubuque County. It sits on the Dubuque/Delaware County Line. This town was made famous by the movie "Field of Dreams". It is also home to the Basilica of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
