Kentucky State Route 841 runs mostly along Interstate 265 in Metro-Louisville. It runs longer than I-265 on each end. From Interstate 71 to U.S. Rt. 42 this was a "Super-2". In December, 2016, the Lewis and Clark Bridge was opened across the Ohio River to give the east end of the Louisville Metro another river crossing. This connected Interstate 265, in Indiana with Interstate 265, in Kentucky.
