As the Lincoln Highway moves through Eastern Allegheny County along U.S. 30. At East Pittsburgh, the route leaves U.S. 30 to cross Turtle Creek. Yet as a side trip, the bridge on U.S. 30 over Turtle Creek is a wonderful art-deco construction and worth the venture to see.

In Westmoreland County, the Lincoln Highway goes through Greensburg. This passes several murals in Greensburg, and the Westmoreland County Courthouse.
